About nomanual.work

Built by people who understand both the business problem and the system behind it.

nomanual.work is an AI automation and digital product agency founded in Lithuania. We help businesses remove manual work, improve customer experiences and build digital systems designed around the way their operations actually work.

From the first process review to a working production system.

Why we exist

Digital work should solve a business problem. Not create another one.

Too many technology projects begin with a platform, feature list or fashionable AI use case. The business problem becomes secondary, and the result adds another tool for the team to manage.

We approach the work from the opposite direction. First, we understand what is slowing the business down, where customers experience friction and what the team is trying to achieve. Only then do we determine whether the right answer is automation, AI, custom software, better UX or a combination of several capabilities.

Our standard

Senior-level work for every client and every engagement.

Our ambition is simple: every business that comes to us should receive thoughtful advice, high-quality execution and a solution that creates practical value.

We do not measure a project by how much technology we can add. We measure it by how well it solves the underlying problem. Every system is designed to remain as focused as possible and is optimised for performance, operating cost, reliability and long-term maintenance.

We want to grow alongside our clients. That means building a strong first version, learning from real usage and expanding only where the additional complexity is justified by the result.

The founders

Two perspectives. One responsibility for the result.

nomanual.work was founded by Edvinas and Evaldas, bringing together experience in building businesses, developing technology products and turning operational problems into working digital systems.

Edvinas

Edvinas

Co-Founder & CEO

For more than eight years, Edvinas has been building businesses and technology-driven products across car rental, lease-to-own services, recruitment, e-commerce, reservation systems, mobility and SaaS.

This experience gives him a practical understanding of how businesses operate, where processes begin to break as they grow and which areas offer the strongest potential for automation. At nomanual.work, he focuses on business strategy, process analysis and ensuring that every AI or digital solution improves efficiency, reduces operating costs and supports sustainable growth.

Evaldas Doda, Co-Founder & CTO of nomanual.work

Evaldas

Co-Founder & CTO

Evaldas is a senior product engineer with more than eight years of experience building digital products for clients across different markets and industries. His work spans banking and fintech, e-commerce, mobility, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, booking products and internal operational tools.

Having worked across product strategy, UX, front-end systems, back-end integrations and technical delivery, he approaches engineering as more than writing code. At nomanual.work, Evaldas is responsible for turning business requirements into reliable, scalable products and automation systems that remain fast, maintainable and cost-efficient as they grow.

Two sides of the same project

The people defining the opportunity remain involved in the delivery.

Business and technology decisions should not happen in separate rooms. A commercially attractive idea may be technically fragile. A technically impressive system may fail to improve the business.

01

Business perspective

  • Process and opportunity analysis
  • Commercial priorities
  • Cost and operational impact
  • Adoption and business fit

02

Product and technology perspective

  • Solution architecture
  • UX and product decisions
  • Development and integrations
  • Reliability and ongoing ownership

By combining operational and product-engineering experience from the beginning, we can challenge both sides of the project: whether it is worth building and whether it can be built responsibly.

How we make decisions

Principles that keep the work practical.

01

Outcome before output

We do not measure progress by the number of screens, integrations or AI features delivered. The work must improve a defined customer, operational or commercial outcome.

02

The simplest system that works

Complexity increases development time, operating cost and maintenance. We use the smallest responsible solution that can deliver the required result and support future growth.

03

Real operations over ideal diagrams

We design around exceptions, incomplete information, human approvals and the systems your team already uses. A workflow is not finished until it works outside the presentation.

04

People remain in control

AI and automation should remove predictable work, not hide important decisions. We define where the system may act independently and where a person must review, approve or take over.

05

Cost is part of the architecture

A technically working solution is not automatically a commercially good one. Infrastructure, model usage, third-party services, maintenance and support are considered while the system is being designed.

06

Build for an ongoing relationship

We want to understand the business better over time, improve what is already working and help clients expand without accumulating unnecessary technical overhead.

Our capabilities

One team across strategy, design, development and automation.

Business problems rarely fit neatly into one service category. A customer-service challenge may require an AI agent, a new internal interface and a CRM workflow. A manual operation may require process redesign before it can be automated.

AI and automation

AI agents, voice systems, workflow automation, audits and practical team enablement.

Digital products

Websites, e-commerce platforms, portals, SaaS products, dashboards and internal tools.

UX/UI design

User journeys, interface design, prototypes and scalable design systems.

Business digitalisation

Process mapping, system integration and phased modernisation across wider operations.

We combine the capabilities needed to solve the complete problem instead of treating every discipline as a separate project.

Working with us

Clear communication and visible ownership from the beginning.

01

Direct access

You work with the people making the strategic, product and technical decisions.

02

Honest recommendations

We will say when a process is not ready for automation or when a simpler solution would produce a better result.

03

Defined scope

Every engagement begins with a clear outcome, responsibilities, deliverables and success criteria.

04

Working increments

You see the solution developing throughout the project rather than waiting for one final presentation.

05

Long-term accountability

Documentation, monitoring, support and future ownership are considered before launch.

We build our own products too

The lessons do not come from client presentations alone.

Alongside client work, we build and operate our own technology products. callme.lt, our AI voice platform, gives us direct experience with the decisions that appear after an AI product reaches real users: conversation quality, integrations, reliability, usage cost and ongoing optimisation.

Building our own products keeps our recommendations grounded in the same commercial and technical trade-offs our clients face.

Let's solve the right problem

Bring us the part of your business that should work better.

Tell us where the team loses time, where customers experience friction or where current systems no longer support the way the business needs to operate. We will help define a practical next step.
